    | Would highly recommend.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I learned a lot in AP Biology, it gave me a great foundation for classes in college. It was a good environment for learning and I would definitely suggest you take it if you're thinking about going into any Biology (or science) related major.

    Course highlights:

I loved doing labs, getting hands on with the concepts and seeing exactly how science works right in front of my own eyes. I particularly enjoyed the lessons about anatomy and physiology; it was interesting to learn how all living things have at least one thing in common.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Don't get behind in reading. Keep up with the assignments, do the work. It is easy to think that you don't need to do it, but you do. The lectures aren't enough, read the book. Take notes, ask questions on what you don't know or understand. Have a study group, get into some kind of habit that forces you to do the work and to do it well.
