Course Overview:
I highly recommend this course for those who seek to learn! I learned so much about different types of systems such as mechanical, electrical, thermal, and fluid systems. The professor Jason Lee is an amazing professor. He was very clear and to the point and I could always find a time to meet with him if I had any questions at all.
Course highlights:
By the end I was able to set up mathematical models using Laplace transforms for each of these systems and also use MATLAB to help me achieve transfer functions that scribe the system which allows us to determine the response of the systems dues to different inputs.

Advice for students:
Refresh yourself on Laplace transforms from Differential Equations.
This class was tough.
Course Overview:
Linear theory is difficult but definitely possible. It relies on the material in differential equations. Personally, I love math so I enjoyed it. Depending on the professor, projects can be a big thing.
Course highlights:
I definitely learned a lot more about dynamics and how differential equations can really relate to them. I knew somewhat about dynamics but I did not realize how important it plays into it.

6-8 hours
Advice for students:
Do the work. It is absolutely necessary to attend class and pay attention. There are not a lot of chances to earn credit but if you put in the work from the beginning it will all work out.
