Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This course has relevant material to most science majors. I believed it was a lot more complex but more enjoyable than Chem 1127 or Bio 107

    Course highlights:

Different systems in the body, neuroanatomy, physiology, membrane potential, hormone pathology, chemical transport, ion channels etc.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Meet with your professor AS SOON as you don't understand something. Try to review everyday and find several different ways of studying. Using only flashcards, will NOT work for this course. Also, when in class take notes that you understand. Do not copy down exactly what the professor has on the slides if you don't understand it. Listen, ask for clarification if needed and write it in your own words. Study with friends if it helps and make sure you understand your labs.

Listen to the recorded lectures within the week of the class so you aren't behind.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Kimball and Redden both provide you all the information you need to understand and succeed the course.

    Course highlights:

Prepared me for human anatomy and physiology to succeed in every other class

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Really listen and write down everything the professors say during lecture. Everything they verbally say is fair game for the exam.
