    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

This class is a great balance of interesting and easy. There's not much homework (4 assignments all semester), the professor posts in-depth study guides for every exam, and she makes sure that she highlights the important information.

    Course highlights:

This course would be great for anyone going into a medical profession or service work. It gives an interesting perspective that many people hadn't considered prior to taking it.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Pay close attention to Ratcliff's opinions... she's pretty convinced that she's right. If she says something more than once, it's almost guaranteed to be on the exams.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Professor Ratcliff's enthusiasm is almost contagious. She covers a wide range of topics that are often ignored or overlooked. It's a very eye-opening course, and a great addition to a transcript, or as a talking point with medical/graduate school admissions officers.

    Course highlights:

This course exposed me to many problems in modern healthcare that contribute to an over arching problem that permeates our society. This class details the role of corporate leaders, government corruption, and even personal situations that are responsible for a generally ineffective healthcare system.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Go to class, use the lecture guides, but also keep up with out of class readings.
