    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

More of an English class than a history class

    Course highlights:

Learned about how classic literature and how it plays into historical events.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Take good notes in lecture. You will need them for later in discussion.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I signed up for this thinking it would be a history course based on traditions of the modern United States. What I got was the professor reading off a pre-typed lecture about how the only way we can learn about modern us traditions is to read a bunch of fiction books? It makes as much sense as you'd think, I was not happy and am transferring out to an actual history course.

    Course highlights:

I learned I don't like modern western traditions

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Listen to the lectures as best you can, there are tons of pop quizzes

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This course is full of imaginative explanations of history and is a fulfillment of knowledgeable facts and course material. The professor balances his course with images, notes, and comedy breathlessly. If one wants to learn in a satisfying environment, this course is strongly recommended.

    Course highlights:

The most amusing and enjoyable unit of this course was the discussing of World War 1, as it never had appealed to me in the past.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Be prepared to put effort in, but sit back and love to learn.
