Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Mark Spurling is a great professor, and really knowledgeable. I think it's great that he simultaneously runs his own practice and is continually up to date with what he's talking about. He's very relatable, and gets the information clearly across without dragging on.

    Course highlights:

I was much more interested in the subject than I expected to be, and it was really interesting learning not just about the parts of law that apply to business, but the basics of civil law and criminal law, which can become relevant in anyone's life at some point.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Most of the information he gives in class is parallel to the assigned chapters in the book. So missing class here and there won't kill you, but listening to him in class is still worth it for his personal anecdotes, as well as any example course cases that he puts on the exams.
