    | No strong feelings either way.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This was a very tough class. I barely made it out alive, to be honest. You can spend your time memorize all the concepts covered during class, but if you can't analyze the concepts, you may not get the high grade you hope for. Take the time to study. There is definitely no room for laziness here.

    Course highlights:

Regner was very detailed with his lectures, and he tried to answer your questions to the best of his ability. He also gives out tophat quizzes that may help you out with your grade. I did like the lab class though.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

If lecture class is not going as well as you hoped, do really good on the tophat quizzes and in your lab. Those two really help boost your grade a little. Study hard for tests, studying the night before won't do you any justice. Also, try to fit as much information onto your notecard.

    | Probably wouldn’t recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

He speaks on himself a lot and barely goes over the course material

    Course highlights:

This course focused mainly on plants and functions. Towards the end you focus more on animals

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

    Study and actually pay attention!

    | Would recommend.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

It's a great way to sharpen memorization skills as well as learn interesting facts as to how organisms adapted together through evolution

    Course highlights:

You will learn A LOT about plants. Specifically what it is they are composed of, as well as how they tie in to the big picture of evolution. The main focus of this course is to have a basic understanding of the evolutionary concepts behind all living organisms on the planet.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

You must learn to teach yourself if you are to succeed in this course. One of the greatest recommendations possible is to record lecture, and pretend as if you were the teacher (basically lecture a class with the information you receive after going to lecture)
