Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Very engaging and fun course. I learned a lot and throughout the course i made changes to my diet and lifestyle that generally improved my way of living. Professor Felton is very thorough and makes the lessons very simple and easy to grasp.

    Course highlights:

The lesson on artificial sweeteners changed my life. For years, my friends caused me grief over my passion for "Sweet N' Low", and how bad it is for you. In the course Professor Felton debunked that myth by breaking down each sweetener and what effects they actually have, stating that "Sweet N' Low" poses no harm.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Stay on top of the lessons. I let them get away from me due to procrastination and as a result took a huge blow to my grade. The tests are fairly easy but require a knowledge of everything in the lesson, so they are not to be overlooked.
