    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I won't lie, it was a pretty boring class. It's Fundamental College Math, if you've taken Algebra II at all, you will pass. However, I recommend it because it's easy. It's literally a class that you take because you need it for graduation; with that in mind, an easy class like this is ideal. Especially for those of us who aren't majoring in anything math or science-heavy. It's a class that you can pass easily and becomes your last memory of a math class forever. Though the content is probably extremely boring for most of us, it's nice to just kick back and relax.

    Course highlights:

The only new thing in this class that I remember having trouble with are the many formula for interest. I would imagine that anyone who took statistics would be rather bored. I've taken Algebra II classes since I was a sophomore in high school, so this class was quite literally review for me. As an English major, this class was a godsend. I enjoyed not having to stress about it. Also, the professor is very kind and offers extra credit to everyone. That is always welcome.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Do the work. I took it in-person, but the homework is all online. You have several chances to get the problems wrong, so just go for it the first time, then review your notes if you're having problems after that. That's another thing; the professor literally teaches the homework. So if you're not following his lecture, take very exact notes, and apply it to the homework later. The lecture is boring and it may seem like you know everything, but at least pay attention to one example of whatever he's teaching, and it'll make the homework that much easier. So, that's it. Do the work and review for the tests, and there's literally no way you won't pass this class.
