    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

The professor was very challenging but not so challenging as to not be able to learn the course material. Overall it was difficult but highly engaging course.

    Course highlights:

I learned how to complete retrosynthetic chemistry problems as if they were simple arithmetic and therefore grasp an in depth understanding on Organic Chemistry as a whole.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Study! Study! Study! Go over the practice tests as much as possible and do similar problems from the book to really increase your understanding of the course material.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

The course is very difficult but very interesting. Many of the formulas introduced were applicable to real life.

    Course highlights:

The highlight was that four very simple elements could combine in numerous ways that allowed for different products to be formed. It was truly amazing to learn so little could make so much of what is in the universe.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Study often and study hard. This is not a class you put off to the last minute. Start taking notes early and study those notes daily. Take advantage of any extra sessions the professor allows.
