    | No strong feelings either way.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this class if you enjoy the history of music, and can acquire knowledge on your own.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course was when we had a test online. I learned that there are 4 types of instrument categories.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure you pay attention to what the teacher says, and read the text and practice quizzes.

    | Would highly recommend.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

This class was easy as long as you show up to class. He gives you ALL the information in order to succeed in his class. The only way you could fail is if you completely don't go to class or when you do, you don't listen to a single word.

    Course highlights:

I learned basic knowledge about music and actually learned about the composers as people instead of acting like they have done nothing besides make music. This teacher is knowledgeable and passionate about this subject, so it makes it interesting.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Go to class, like I stated before, he gives you all the information you need to pass. Before your test, he has a review class and basically goes over the whole test in class. It is very helpful.

    | No strong feelings either way.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

This class was one of the choices for an Arts general ed course at my school. It was pretty easy to get an A in this class as everything you need to know for tests is mentioned on a study guide.

    Course highlights:

This course did what it was intended to, which was to help people appreciate classical music more. I enjoyed learning the composers behind the well-known classical songs that are still popular today.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

I would recommend rewriting the study guides provided and reviewing those a little bit each day before the test. Also reviewing some of the songs and their composers before the test is helpful as there is a lot of possible extra credit for knowing them.
