Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This class is a only a month long online. So basically, it's a crash course on medical terminology. Please study as there are quizzes, a couple assignments, and the final is you completing a couple workups on patients that are presented to you. Be as thorough as possible!!! Please keep an eye on the quizzes. I accidentally missed one because the class was technically over but then I checked my grade and the final quiz was listed after my final. This ended up dropping my overall grade to a C. So yeah, keep an eye on everything because it's extremely easy for your grade to drop because there aren't many assignments.

    Course highlights:

Even though I struggled a bit, I liked filling out the examinations/workups for the patients in the assignments. You can out anything you can think of as long as it is correct in terms of where you're putting it (i.e pneumothorax-->chest section of chart).

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

It's only a month long and it's hard to get into so if you need to, wait list it. It's only 1 credit too. It's imperative to learn the root words and such to better understand diagnosis. Otherwise, you'll have a much harder time as I did. Once again, keep an eye on all the assignments. For the final STUDY! I tend to blank on tests even when I study so just be sure to keep going over it.
