    Course Overview:

    its very importnt to be educated on the well being of yourself. This class taught the importance of nutrition, exercise, and even elaborated on certain health diseases. a brief overview; however well woth it.

    Course highlights:

    Learning the importance of nutrition!! its so important to know that you shouldnt exceed the reccomeneded amount of sodium or sugar, for it can lead to bad diets and make way for certain health diseases.

    pay attention the class materials, and follow along with the notes

    Course Overview:

    The class is in a big lecture hall of about 200+ students. the labs are smaller though around 30.

    Course highlights:

    great teacher and you learn a lot about food.

    Course Overview:

    Great course to start your nutrition career. Just remember to study consistently because it cumulative and there is tons of facts and information thrown at you. The lab portion of the class is also very intensive.

    Course highlights:

    You learn about the basic you have always been curious about. What are calories, what are vitamins, and the like. The teachers are phenomenal and will help you if you seek the aid. However, you will fall behind if you do not keep up with it as the course moves very quickly. Remember to take the lab portion seriously as it will help you under the class material far more effectively.

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

    Do not fall behind in any portion of the class work. Study during your free time, but you do not need to dedicate hours and hours, just keep the information available so you can look at it consistently.
