    Course Overview:

    The class is in a big lecture hall of about 200+ students. the labs are smaller though around 30.

    Course highlights:

    great teacher and you learn a lot about food.

    needed for certain majors like nursing.

    Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

    Great course to start your nutrition career. Just remember to study consistently because it cumulative and there is tons of facts and information thrown at you. The lab portion of the class is also very intensive.

    Course highlights:

    You learn about the basic you have always been curious about. What are calories, what are vitamins, and the like. The teachers are phenomenal and will help you if you seek the aid. However, you will fall behind if you do not keep up with it as the course moves very quickly. Remember to take the lab portion seriously as it will help you under the class material far more effectively.

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

    Do not fall behind in any portion of the class work. Study during your free time, but you do not need to dedicate hours and hours, just keep the information available so you can look at it consistently.

    Course Overview:

    This course is so educational and fun. I have learned more from this course than any other course I have ever taken. The professor keeps me engaged and teaches the material very well.

    Course highlights:

    I learned so many new things in this course. I learned all about the diet and chronic diseases. I got to learn all about the nutrients the body needs and some that are not needed, but consumed. The lab for this class was active and fun. The material I learned even helped to alter the way I eat.

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

    Always attend class and come prepared. Take notes and listen to the professor, and try hard in lab, it is a large portion of your grade.
