    | No strong feelings either way.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This class was challenging this semester mainly because we had a lot of teacher turnover for medical reasons that left us with inconsistent course coverage from various teachers. When it came time for tests and papers, we were lost on what we should know and what the expectations were because of how many different teaching styles we got.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course were definitely having panels from real people on their experiences with feminism, ageism, racism, religion, etc. that enhanced our understanding of the material we were learning about.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Definitely come into the class open - minded and willing to learn new perspectives on such sensitive topics as feminism, racism, etc. Many people will have opposing viewpoints, and you have to be able to roll with the punches and see things from many perspectives. Also be willing to think critically about the material and not get behind on the readings, as they heavily are incorporated into papers and tests.
