Pretty easy, overall.
Sukits is an arrogant guy, just brush it off if he tries to grill you. If you're an overly sensitive person, I wouldn't recommend taking him but overall the class material is super easy and you have plenty of chances to get a good grade
Actually learned a lot about how the debt and fixed income markets work. It was pretty interesting the way he presents the information

Advice for students:
Literally just write down whatever he writes on the board and you'll do fine on the tests. Make sure you come to class (youll get extra credit) and make sure you do any other extra credit assignments. The extra credit pushed me from a B to an A. Only bad thing about it is you have to participate in class. He keeps a little sheet and makes a check next to your name whenever you get called on. You have to do that 7 or 8 times throughout the course for full participation
