    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

If you like a challenge this is definitely the class for you. It isn't only for actuarial mathematics majors. It's a great course to get an understanding of finance with a challenge.

    Course highlights:

Learning annuities, perpetuities, sinking funds, forward contracts, options and much more will allow the students to understand finances in a whole new way. It's a great course to help you understand different ways to invest in the future.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure many examples are gone through. If you have a question, don't be afraid to ask. If you're preparing for the FM exam, study smarter and not harder. Although it's important to put in the hours for this class, taking a breather here and there is definitely well deserved.
