    | No strong feelings either way.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

If you're looking to challenge yourself then this class is for you, but if you want an easy course don't take this class

    Course highlights:

Learning in depth about chemistry and realizing why things work and why they do in a certain way was the highlight for me.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Taking this course made me realize that I had to take time outside of class to study and do problems myself in order to understand the topic better. In doing so, this helped me realize I needed a better study system and learn what works for me best.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Dr. Joo is so far the best professor I have had. Although his accent may make it hard for some to understand, he is willing to go over topics more than once as long as you ask. Easy to talk too as well.

    Course highlights:

I learned a lot of general chemistry. It is similar to high school chem but more in depth

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Study and go to office hours. Take notes. Go to workshop

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This course is an introduction to chemistry class. It discusses the basics of chemistry and lays a good foundation for a further career in the sciences.

    Course highlights:

I loved thermodynamics. The relationship between heat, energy, work, entropy, enthalpy, being just a few, have so much in common, yet they're so different.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Do not memorize. Learn the material.
