    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

    I really liked the information that was taught during the course. I also liked how there were many different political theorists that were studied because it allowed us to have many different views on society and the role of government and allowed me to really figure out what I thought.

    Course highlights:

    I really enjoyed reading Souls of Black Fold by W.E.B. Dubois. I thought his writing was excellent and I really admired his use of the veil to create the metaphor of segregation in society. I liked most of the philosophers we read like Foucault, Locke and

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

    The course was hard for me because it was a lot of writing essays and reading. If you are taking this class do ALL of the reading and take at least a week to work on each essay. Plus, always make an outline for your essay.
