Not too easy. Not too difficult.
I recommend this course because the professor takes the time to make sure all of her students really understand the material. She utilizes diagrams to give another perspective of the material and she always incorporates interactive team projects. The presentation at the end of the year was always incredibly relevant to the real business world.
The main highlight of this course would be the group project and presentation at the end of the class. We had to come up with a company that had some room for improvement regarding how their employees felt in the workplace. We chose Seattle City Light as our company. We then formulated several surveys to hand out to lower level and upper level management to determine what employees responded to both positively and negatively. At the end of the project we made a presentation on our findings and got to practice our presentation skills. Since this class, I have been able to reference this specific course in job and internship interviews. It has been incredibly helpful and employers were always impressed by the level of understanding I had of organizational behavior.

Advice for students:
Make sure you do the reading. I know a lot of people say that you can get by without reading, but with this professor you can't. She takes her test questions straight from the book material. And make sure you always read the side bars because she takes questions out of those a lot of the time. They are easy points if you do the reading, otherwise the points start to add up against you. Other than that, just breathe, you got this!
