Not too easy. Not too difficult.
I would recommend it because the professor is very funny and explains the economic concepts very well. He includes them in stories and games to make them interesting and the reading materials are also quite interesting and easy to read without being too academic. Homework load is also quite light although there will be a midterm and a final, the TAs always review the exam material thoroughly beforehand.
I learned many important economic concepts that I see everywhere and apply daily in my life instead of just reading about them in a book then forgetting them right after the course e.g. offsetting behaviour, gains from trade, etc.

Advice for students:
Try to make it to every lecture because new material will always be covered and personally, I enjoyed attending all the lectures. They were never boring and made me wish that I was somewhere else. Do all the homework because they don't require you to do the readings and the homework guides you into thinking about the next economic concept in the course material. Talk with the professor because it's fun to talk to him as he's a very jovial fellow.
