Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

The best part of AP Gov. is the teacher. Ms. Clarkston is a fun, engaging teacher who understands what she's teaching. She doesn't belittle you, or treat you like a child, and she always makes the discussions interesting.

    Course highlights:

The biggest highlight was the debates for finals. Each team is given and interesting, slightly controversial topic and our given a side to defend/refute. The debates are always engaging, and friendly. It's not something that's supposed to be stressful, but fun and serious.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Take it easy. Be fun, don't be afraid to speak your mind. Give insights, ask questions, be authentic. No one will hate you for wanting to know about government.

    Course highlights:

The highlights were being able to talk about the 2016 Presidential debates.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

I would say to walk into the classroom everyday with an open mind, and know that everyone has differing opinions. Being able to respect everyone's beliefs will only help you will succeed in the class.
