    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course were learning the basics of life and realizing what takes place in the body for us to perform and live our lives. This course was very informational and gives students a nice introduction to understanding the biological standpoints of life along with the specific majors in college the that include biology such as medicine.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Reading outside of class is highly suggested and rewriting notes is critical as well to understand and remember the information. The hardest part about this class is grasping all of the information.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

In AP Biology, I learned a lot of useful, in-depth information that I can apply to many other courses as well as real life situations. Taking this course solidified my love for science and biology in specific. This has been my favorite science class so far.

    Course highlights:

I enjoyed the hands-on labs that were a part of this class as well as the organization of the assignments and enthusiasm of the teacher. I learned a great deal about cells, DNA, and ecology. The workload also taught me a lot about time management.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

I would advise students taking this course to make sure they read the textbook and take quality notes. Being organized is an important factor for success in AP Biology. Making vocabulary cards is also a good idea to learn new terms.
