    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

If you are need to take a chemistry class get Professor Ensign, he is the best teacher around. There is a lot of effort you are going to have to put into this class in order to pass but it is a class that you will gain from.

    Course highlights:

The Supplimental Instruction is vital! Take the lab too I loved being able to see chemistry in action. The things that I enjoyed the most in these classes were the cool little things he would teach us about real life like ionized radiation and how to make a gummy bear turn into a flare.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

This is a great course, I'm not the most scientific person though. The best thing that you can do is to be engaged in lecture, have the slideshow notes ready. Go to the Supplemental Instruction, I learned more there than in lecture. Do the practice exams you will know exactly what will be on the test... exactly.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

He provides his own additional online course, he teaches clearly and is fun!

    Course highlights:

Stoichiometry was very interesting to learn. Cations and anions I used 2 years later in my course and I remembered a lot of what he taught.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

I would suggest using online resources.
