    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Because this class although a hybrid class still mostly circles around offline assignments which the professor requires to turn in by paper instead of email. It will be necessary to talk to the professor during office hours (during which in many cases you wont find him) because you wont be able to catch him after class.

    Course highlights:

I learned that the economics is an ever changing field which makes the stuff you learned last year useless to what you have to know this year.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

The in class test questions can't be found in the book or in the online course, but only in the study guide and handouts the professor gives. The tests that are found online can all be found in the book and on the online course. So I'd highly recommend concentrating on the in class assignments, because they have the highest point value and they're the most difficult.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I recommend it because it is a requirement for a business associates degree and the professor is nice.

    Course highlights:

Study groups were the highlight of this class. I learned to be consistent in reading the chapters of the book. I learned to just focus on the basics of economics and keep it simple.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Read the book. Make a study group or even just get a study buddy and talk about the coursework, you will learn a lot of the basics of economics. Do not slack in doing the research project because it's a big chunk of your grade. Asking questions will greatly help.
