    | No strong feelings either way.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course to students majoring in math and science.

    Course highlights:

I learned quite a bit on matrices and graphing inequalities.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

For this particular course, I recommend setting aside a lot of time for homework. It is time consuming and requires a lot of focus. Before entering the course, I advise reviewing some college algebra sections to get an idea of the work ahead.

    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Ms. Weis is the best math teacher to take at this college, I took her for both math104 and math 105 and loved both classes, she makes everything clear and easy to learn, i just wised she taught calculus!

    Course highlights:

This course was a refresher course for me, I have taken precalculus in highschool but this class got me prepared for calculus 1, and going back to a few basics made the rest of the course much better to understand and retain new information. She not only goes by the book, but also shows you her own tips and tricks to come up with the solution an easier way.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Just do the practice problems in the textbook and study the practice quizzes and you will be 100% fine on her tests, her tests aren't hard at all, she makes them to where you do not need a calculator to take the tests, but sometimes she will e nice and let you use one!

    Course Overview:

College Algebra, depending on how you test on the assessment test places you in the math you get into.

    Course highlights:

Good teacher, makes understanding the subject easy to learn.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

print out the notes and follow the teacher as he goes along.
