Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I will definitely recommend this class to anyone willing to pursuit a career in the medical and nursing field because doing it not only give opportunities to evaluate health status of a client, but also can save many lives if it is done adequately. This is because it allows the examiner to observe, palpate, auscultate, and percuss organs, and to elicit responses and make references in accordance.

    Course highlights:

this course talks about assessing human body to determine how well it functions.Tools such as tuning fork, stethoscopes, pen lights, and uncountable other instruments are used to assess vital organs, reflexes, strength of muscles, and more. it teaches the steps of the nursing process that are to be used by any nurse if proper care is to be given to a patient. in addition to all these skills it emphasizes on the importance of critical thinking in solving and identifying patients' problems and setting priorities.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

I will tell the students considering this course to be good notes takers, to read, watch the video that is required, and to practice every time. they should ask questions to the instructor when they do not understand how to perform a skill, and should always be attentive to what ever the instructor is doing. It is a heavy course, but doable.
