    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

DeeDee is very passionate about her line of work. The class is very hands-on with actual preschool children. You get the chance to interact with preschool children and see how they react to different science/math, language and literacy, creative art, and movement activities you plan. It gives you the opportunity to work with elite and professional staff in the mentor program for your student teaching.

    Course highlights:

I learned that a high-quality preschool curriculum is process orientated, not product orientated. This course taught me the necessities to a high-quality education for all children. This course has a mock interview that allows students to go through a real interview for a job.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Do not procrastinate. This class can be overwhelming, but keeping track of the deadlines and following the rubric will make your life so much easier. Also, do as many hours in your mentor site as possible to get a head start on your teacher permit.
