    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

She loves what she teaches and is willing to work with you for no matter how long to help you grasp the concepts she teaches.

    Course highlights:

My favorite part of the class was learning about the nervous system. There's so much we still have to learn about the brain and that's very exciting to me. Jus the fact that the brain is everything a human being is, is fascinating.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

You need to have the understanding that this course will not work itself out. You have to walk into the class with the mindset that the class will be difficult but you will pass and exceed if you try.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I personally enjoyed the course because the information learned can be useful in real life application. Knowing facts about the human body and mind provides a satisfying feeling.

    Course highlights:

In this course I learned a lot about the structure of different body parts and how they work. There were multiple dissection labs including a cow eye, pigs stomach, and an entire cat.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Flash cards are a must for passing this class as there is plenty of memorization required. Also a tolerance for coloring pictures because every chapter has a packet with graded coloring assignments.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This course is a great way to learn about the human body. Especially if you would like to go into the medical field later in life. As an athlete I can take what I've learned and communicate on an educated level with my doctor if an injury was to occur.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course were learning all the different bones and organ systems in the body. One thing that I learned is that there is only three bones in each phalange and two bones in each thumb.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Review the notes that you took in class every night and you should be alright. There wasn't many formulas that you had to memorize. It was mostly memorization like memorizing bones and organ system parts.
