Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because first of all as a high school student this is a free college class. Secondly this course has taught me so much without losing my interest. Mrs. Sturgeon is able to keep her students engaged in the lesson and excited to hear what she has to say.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course were being able to see my writing skills improve. Over the course of the class my writing skills have improved tremendously, I began the class writing at a middle school level, I am now able to write research papers and essays at a college level.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

For students who are considering this course I recommend going into the course with an open mind. Keep in mind that how you may have been taught is not the only way to do things.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

In order to succeed in this course, I would recommend to choose a topic that you are passionate about and always ask for someone to review your papers for you. When checking your own paper, you could miss some small mistakes. If your school has it available, take advantage of their writing labs. They have well-educated people in the subject of English inside those labs, and they desire to help anyone struggling with their papers.
