    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Professor Feng really cared about getting the information across to his students. At first, actually, all through the semester, you may find that his teaching styles are unconventional but he truly cares about making sure that we know what we are supposed to learn.

    Course highlights:

I learned more than just what was required to know about Texas government. Professor Feng wanted us to know more about how things led up to what we learned. It was more than just dates and trivial facts.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Be prepared to read the chapters over and over in order to glean the info that you need for the tests. Take lots of good notes and create your own study guides.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

Taking it in person was an excellent experience. Mr. Doas is a great, engaging professor and will give you help if you need it.

    Course highlights:

I learned about Texas Government very thoroughly. His teaching style is extremely helpful and the quizzes and exams aren't too hard.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure you do the puzzles he gives you. They're for your benefit. Print out the notes and materials he provides you.

    | No strong feelings either way.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

If you need this class I would say take it from doctor Flanagan. He gives extra credit and will work with your schedule. He is a little boring to listen to but he tell you everything you need to know to pass his tests and learn from his course.

    Course highlights:

You learn the basics of government. He doesn't really expand more then what you need to know. It was easy to study for and he gave you all of his slides and notes.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Go to class and listen to him. Everything he says is on the tests. He may be a little monotone and it may be hard to pay attention but when I payed attention I got a better grade on my test.
