    | No strong feelings either way.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this to people who can keep up with the fast paced material. Since the class is mostly based on the test, we mostly discuss basic ideas in history or how to answer the somewhat difficult multiple choice and the more difficult DBQs (essay portion) and SAQs (short answer). I would not recommend this to people wanting to focus solely on history.

    Course highlights:

I learned more about how previous years of school did not teach about both sides of history. This course showed me why things actually happened, not just what happened. It showed me how to compare and contrast different events in time.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Studying the material will save you! You'll have to learn some on your own. If you work hard it will make this course easier.

    | Would highly recommend.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I recommend this course because it would increase a student's knowledge of historical events, people and technology that help build our world. This is important due to the fact that there are many young men and women who lack intelligence in the concept of knowing who and what came together to shape the modern day world and how that has effected us for centuries and beyond.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course was to reach an understanding in the concept of the world's past and who or what brought it all altogether. I learned a plentiful amount of good information that would help a student in everyday problems even as simple as lending someone a hand or even doing a chore around the house. One thing i know you can't ever go wrong with, for the most everyone has heard this at least once in their life, if we don't learn from our mistakes in the past, we are bound to repeat them.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

When taking the AP World History course, you have to make sure that no matter what, your full attention is on the teacher/professor because they know what they teach and they're doing it to the best of their ability to make sure you know it as well. Also, take a good amount of notes because the more you know, the more you will succeed.
