Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

The course is very intriguing and always keeps you wanting to learn more about history of the United States.

    Course highlights:

I learned a lot about the Civil War and also how we entered World War 2. The highlights of this course were the highly enjoyed decades day that all the history classes participate in and the energy of the class was always upbeat and positive. You could walk in with a frown on your face and leave with a smile.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

You must do your reading, your homework, be attentive in the classroom and discussions, and you must want to learn the material in order to fully appreciate it.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend taking this course because not only do you learn more about US history than the honors or standard courses, but the teachers who teach this course create a great learning environment for all students.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of the course were learning about different periods in history that I didn't know when I first walked into this class. I now know every US president and earned college credit by passing the AP exam.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

For students interested in this course, I would highly recommend purchasing the US history book used in class, since there is no AP US history textbook checked out to students. Always study for the vocabulary quizzes. They are an easy A as long as you study. Also, as this is an AP class, I recommend that you continuously review material that is learned in order to be well prepared for the AP exam in May.

It's incredibly enlightening and, in general, a very interesting class.

    Course highlights:

The best part of the class was discussing how the history of Europe has shaped our world today and applying to what we know of our world.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Just go in with a very open mind and expect to have fun and enjoy the teacher and the material.
