Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This course gives an accurate representation of the causes and effects of the human mind and how it affects our character or judgement. It also gives simple life lessons that eventually help in the long run.

    Course highlights:

The course allows you to become extraordinarily familiar with the theories of psychology and how they apply to the simplest things we do every single day. How our string characteristics affect us in the long run and how much more common each of us are than was predicted. One major thing I found interesting is that individuals are more likely to pass away around Christmas time. This discovery is associated with the contest of depression.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

I took the Advanced Placement version of this course and one major tip I will give is to be extremely thorough with your note taking skills. Any method of psychology could easily be applied to the questions given on exams or tests. However, being thorough with your notes helps you easily pinpoint the differences between the theories and how they may be applied to the problems given.

    Hours per week:

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because of the many realizations that can be made by learning the subject. Things such as hypnogogic jerks and object permanence are explained and given names through this course, and it is extremely fascinating.

    Course highlights:

The highlight of this course was learning about the different disorders such as Obsessive Compulsive Disorder and Schizophrenia. These foreign-like disorders are incredibly interesting to learn about since not many people have them, so through psychology, a student can learn and understand people with these mental illnesses.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

In order to do well in this course, good notes need to be taken. I suggest color coding your notes in order to thoroughly study your notes in an organized manner.
