Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I loved learning from a teacher that was so passionate about the subject. Mrs. Moles was so thorough in her lessons and explanations that I felt I had a full understanding of nearly every unit. I was incredibly interested in learning about the human body and how it functions, so I was excited to come to class everyday and learn about the amazing things that happen in our bodies every minute of the day.

    Course highlights:

We had the opportunities to dissect things that are closely representative to the human body. These included minks, pig kidneys and sheep hearts. It was an incredible way to see the organs that keep us alive and how they complete their tasks. I learned to be tough and not be grossed out by dissections, that for sure.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure you always do your quiz flashcards! Mrs. Moles is not super generous on extra credit so utilize this opportunity every chance you get. Those extra points could make or break a quiz you're not too confident on.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Chemistry was a hard class but having a teacher as good as Mrs. Ancell who would teach a student until they understand it was best.

    Course highlights:

The labs were definitely hard but the practice made them well.especially the dilution labs.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

Study everyday, do your homework and always ask questions.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Learning and having an understanding of the Periodic Table is interesting. It also relates to so much of our environment and the evolving planet.

    Course highlights:

I found lab to be the most interesting aspect of this course. I found it fascinating that the temperature of water will not go up one degree until all the ice is completely melted.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Putting in a little each day with reading and keeping up on the assignments goes a long way, and makes it so much easier when test time rolls around.
