Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This class teaches you a lot about how to stay in shape and eat healthy especially in a college setting where many people may not pay too much attention.

    Course highlights:

Some highlights were when we went to the gym and learned proper ways to work out and what kinds of exercises to do together to get the best results.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Keep up with the labs that you have to do and make sure that you keep them all to turn in at the end of the course.
