Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course if you like biology and science, simple as that. If you do not like science there's no need to waste a class space on it. It's engaging if you want to know what he is teaching.

    Course highlights:

For me, as I have a very heavy biology and life science background, this course taught me a lot about how to study and expand my knowledge beyond what I've learned. The tests were extremely difficult to get an A on if you weren't able to think of what you learned in a larger context than memorization. Teaching me how to do that will be something I use far into my life.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Take as many practice tests as possible, don't just trust you know the information. Test yourself. Draw diagrams. Really engage in the topics and try to teach yourself.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend the class because having the AP science credit will be very useful. It didn't seem as challenging as Chemistry but it definitely still has it's challenges. If you work hard and keep up the chapters, you shouldn't have too hard of a time.

    Course highlights:

You participate in multiple labs which are always detailed and give you a hands-on explanation of what you're learning. I learned mostly about renewable energy sources and the environment around me. The class inspired me to look closely at how I use resources.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Definitely have a base in other sciences like Biology and Chemistry. You also need to have strong written math skills. You can't use a calculator for any of the calculations, and there are a lot of them. If you have an interest in renewable energy sources and learning about global warming, I would definitely suggest it.
