    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This class is literally my favorite and least favorite class at the same time. I love it because its fun and challenging but at the same time sometimes it gets tiring because it's hard and can sometimes be tedious work but by far I've learned so much more from just Ms. Choppa's International business class in the 3 years I've had her than from all my years of high school combined. It's not just business we discuss. it's so much more than that. I know sometimes on social media I see this reoccurring post of someone complaining about how schools need to incorporate courses that actually teach us about real life... and when I see that I laugh because I have that when I am in ms. Choppa's class. She teaches us about balancing our checkbook. She helps us apply for jobs and prepare for interviews. The first day of her class she starts pushing us to apply for scholarships. I will miss this class after I graduate.

    Course highlights:

The first year of her class (International Business) she teaches the basics, like presenting to the class, learn about different cultures around the world, and on top of all that she teaches us about how to act professional and dress professionally. The second year (Accounting), she teaches us about accounting and balancing that checkbook, as well as helping us to figure out what type of career we want to pursue. And now this is my final year (international finance and law) And we are all about figuring out where we want to go to college and "how many scholarships have you won already?", also, we are in the midst of getting everyone certified in Microsoft word, Microsoft powerpoint, and Microsoft excel. I myself am already certified in word and will be testing for powerpoint very soon! - Overall I learned to act professionally and work with all different types of people. I learned a lot about myself as well.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

First of all, everything is a business. Whatever you want to be when you grow up involves business. This is the one class that will help you prepare for the real wold and, Also a lot of students who join ms.choppas international business end up find themselves or even just gets to know themselves even better, and we all get to know each other. After 3 years you all become a big family. You get out of it what you put into it. If you don't try, you will absolutely not enjoy it. If you do more than just try you're hardest I promise you won't be disappointed.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course with confidence. This course does more than just teach one how the business world works internationally, but you also learn the importance of presenting yourself with confidence and speaking well in front of others!

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course was the knowledge gained, most definitely. I learned that conducting business is far more intricate than a couple signatures on a contract, but rather understanding of a foreign's countries law, geography, and culture.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Do not procrastinate in this course, do your work on time and keep track of everything that is assigned. It not only helps your grade grow, but also your mind with experience.
