    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This course gives a ton of information about the anatomy of our bodies. There are things going on inside you that you have probably never even heard of! it was jammed pack with very useful information and hands-on learning. I highly recommend taking this course if you plan to pursue anything involving the human body!

    Course highlights:

This course taught me a lot about the human body, from how the bones and muscles work to how each nerve in your nervous system has a specific job. We studied the bones in the skeletal system and learned the names of each one and the names of the markings and such on them. We learned about the nervous system and each part of it. We dissected multiple things such as a rat and a cow's eye. We dissected the eye to learn what the inside of your eye looks like and how each part works. The highlight of the course was learning almost everything that goes on inside your body. It was a lot to take in, but totally worth it!

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

My advice to anyone taking this course is to try and never miss a class and pay attention to everything. Take notes on EVERYTHING. It can only help you in the long run. The notes get to be a lot, but without them, unless you have photographic memory, you will fail. The class is only difficult because there is a ton of information being thrown at you, but if you pay attention, take notes, and study you will do great. There is a study guide for each test and quiz. You are given the answers and the questions are the same on the test. My advice is to use flashcards!! They helped me a ton. This class is all memorization.

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

This is what will help you create a great scholarship for only a couple of minutes of your time.
