Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because it teaches you basic anatomy that will give you a great base knowledge for college. It challenges you to take responsibility for your own work ethic and will prepare you for college.

    Course highlights:

I gained a lot from this course. It taught me to time manage which has always been difficult for me. It gave me a lot of responsibility regarding completing the chapters by yourself and then reiterating the lesson while in class.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

To always be ahead of the class. Make sure you read the chapters before learning it in class. That way you already have the base knowledge but now you are able to ask the teacher more in-depth questions.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Taking Anatomy and Physiology allows for new learning about the body, but also as an individual. There are multiple life lessons learned throughout the course and everything comes in union with one another.

    Course highlights:

I gained a new perspective on the science field, but also my life. I learned new information about the various units i.e. Cardiovascular, Endocrinology, Orthopedics, but also the difficult path that doctors have to follow. Going into a science career promotes a good work ethic and a thirst for knowledge.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Be prepared to be tested and learn knowledge outside of your comfort zone. Be ready for any questions thrown at you, and it is alright if you are wrong, it all has to do with the learning process.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Not only will you learn about the human body, which is necessary information because we all have one, but the way Mr. Lobe teaches is like a college course. His mission is to get us prepared for next year, and trains us into becoming independent learning. There is an adjustment period, but after that you'll like the class. He is goofy, and makes things entertaining for us.

    Course highlights:

The highlights were dissecting a pig for the digestive unit. We were able to do whatever we needed with the pig, taking as much of it apart as desired. It was really helpful to learn the material from the book, and see and apply it in real life.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Start reading the book before the teacher lectures!!!!! And finish all work before the test. Take advantage of online resources and study groups. Flash cards are necessary!
