    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I recommend this class because it pushes tstudents to a whole new level of math difficulty while also allowing new freedoms.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course are the quick and easy math problems that are so systematic and pattern oriented. Everything falls into place eventually.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

You have to hit the ground running. Don't expect the teacher to hold your hand and go easy bat the start. You have to be ready for everything.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Mrs. Peck's class was really fine and unlike some other math teachers, she actually knew what she was talking about. Easily approachable, understandable, and straight-forward, I was able to comprehend the class. I would recommend this class because it was a good introduction to Calculus and was fun. You also get class t-shirts to tie-dye at the end after the AP Test.

    Course highlights:

This gave me a thorough basic understanding that I needed to then progress to Calculus BC. We learned derivatives, integrals, limits, and much more. There were many complex concepts, but they were broken down into easily understood chunks.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Mrs. Peck is a stickler for correct form so make sure you follow the format she teaches. As well, know how to use your calculator because that can greatly help you. However, make sure that you are relatively strong in your previous studies of mathematics so you have a good backbone going in.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would definitely recommend this course because the vast majority of students taking this class are on the same learning level. In my classroom I was surrounded by fellow students that were eager to learn math and yet they were not too much smarter than me.

    Course highlights:

I gained the ability to not only understand the depth that math can go to, but I felt confident that when faced with a difficult problem, I knew how to at least start the problems and therefore, in the end, get to an answer.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

I would tell them to go for it. If they feel that math is their strong suit but they don't want to be overloaded with difficulty, this class is perfect. There are a multitude of teachers that really know what they are doing and they are always willing to help.
