This class was tough.
Course Overview:
The course isn't the easiest, but it's extremely useful for further math classes and understanding mathematical concepts. You learn things that you will use for the rest of your education. It is a hard class, though. If you really hate math, I would recommend either not taking this class or getting a tutor.
Course highlights:
In my class, we learned a lot of pre-calculus things, such as finding the area under a parabola or curve, finding recursive and non-recursive equations for functions. We also learned a lot about linked systems, as well as vectors and their equations. This is not exactly an applied math course, but it has a lot of applied aspects.

Advice for students:
If you don't understand something, ASK! It's so important to ask questions in this class because the topics covered in this class will continue to come up, both in later lessons in this class and in further math classes. Many of these concepts will come up in Calculus, and if you don't understand them in this class, it will be very difficult to use them later.
