Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Incredible teaching! I got a better understanding of literature while taking this class.

    Course highlights:

Some highlights were when he acted out the Crucible, making the book more bearable. He also went into great depth while reading Great Gatsby making me love the book even more. I learned a lot during the class but my favorite was when we transitioned for the 20's to the Great Depression.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Go into the class with an open-mind, and when you leave your brain will be filled with so much knowledge.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

The insrtuctor really engages better than any english teacher ever has for me, the information can be very difficult to understand and she really captivates her students. English classes have always been my favorite but in my previous years at Valparaiso Highschool I felt like I was teaching myself, alll the way up to attendimg her class. Mrs. Lunghofer may be just filling in until Mrs. Contres gets off of maturnity leave. My years leading up to my senior year has helped me determine that in my opinion she is the best teacher in the entire english department.

    Course highlights:

The wife of bath all the way to the annotated bibliography, from learning old english all the way to having class discussions about protests that are happening all around the world. This course hasbrought me into considering majoring in English in college as well as minoring in theology.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Focus on the lesson, engage your self and be envolved in the lesson and open discussions and no doubt if you stay attentive and focus on the lesson. This class will be enjoyable and a great learning oppurtunity .
