    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

    Math has always been my favorite school subject. I enjoy the challenges that my Pre-Calc class offers. It encourages me to think harder and explore how the course can be applied to everyday life.

    Course highlights:

    I have learned problem solving skills that I can use later in life

    Advice for students:

    Study hard, use local resources to help make the class fun and more enjoyable and utilize your time with the instructor and fellow students to excel.

    Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

    This class is very relevant to the real world. Especially as a high school student, statistics are all around us. It is very interesting to be able to figure out how they were discovered. It is definitely a course for those who are curious about different kinds of factual information.

    Course highlights:

    In this class I learned lots of information about a wide array of topics. I learned how to calculate the probability that a certain instance would occur, which a very common piece to desire to find about a topic. In other cases, it is prevalent to learn how much of a population is needed to fulfill a specific requirement. Statistics is a course that uses a large or small amount of information to discover a desired answer.

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

    To be successful in this course, one should always practice problems with the notes and equations that they learned for the chapter. Doing this is a great way to retain the information and memorize the equations. Simply, always study and keep up with the homework.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

    I would recommend taking this class if your future job has anything that correlates with higher level thinking.

    Course highlights:

    The main highlight of the course was that I worked hard enough for the A I wanted in class. I learned that hard work pays off, especially in difficult situations.

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

    You have to have a good work ethic if you would like to pass the class with flying colors. Do not give up because it's only difficult at the beginning.
