Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

In this course there was a lot of writing, but one the course ended I felt very prepared for college English classes. Dr. Irvin was amazing at using constructed criticism.

    Course highlights:

In this course we did the Senior Capstone Project and it helped to get focused on the future. We got to do an internship with the line of work that we were interested in going into.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Be prepared for hard work. But at the end of the class when you look at all of the essays written, you will be beyond proud of the time and weekends that you spent writing essays.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I recommend this class as you get to discuss world topics and read interesting stories like Beowulf and Macbeth.

    Course highlights:

I learned that it is okay to discuss your opinions about world problems and thoughts on marriage. Also learned the Macbeth was a cursed play.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Study notes you took in class for the test. Read the stories and engage in class discussions.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

She makes the course fun, yet challenging. She won't put up with a simple answer, no she makes you dig deep to reveal the complexity of the work at hand.

    Course highlights:

I learned about plays, classic literature, new ways to look at pieces of work no matter what they be, and that not everything is as it seems

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

Do not under any circumstances procrastinate on doing the assignment. They may seem challenging at first, but once you get into it you will realize how fun it actually is; which makes it seem like less of a burden.
