    | No strong feelings either way.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This course is a required core class for most majors at Georgia Tech, and the course difficulty does not alter too much between professors or from year to year.

    Course highlights:

I learned a lot of calculus methods and equations that helped me in upper level economics classes

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Definitely make friends in the class and reach out in order to collaborate or get help with a concept you do not understand. Don't be afraid! Everyone is in the same boat and also wants to succeed. Do the problems in the book to help with practice for exams, the questions on tests typically look about the same. Also, remember, tutors are available. Don't let yourself get behind.

I would recommend this class--the professor is great, he posts his notes online and he's very helpful with answering questions. The homework is very difficult but the tests are very fair. I would take this professor again.
