Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

The class was an interesting course because it combined Poetry and Art in the same teachings.

    Course highlights:

As a student, we had the chance to read a piece of poetry and create a piece of artwork of it based off our interpretation.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Just pay attention during the class and read the poems assigned.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

This is a requirement for everyone, so my recommendation doesn't mean much, but I would recommend Jeff Fallis as a professor

    Course highlights:

My section was Hybrids and Hybridity and we read lots of different types of writing which were different from standard literature. Lots of opportunities for creativity

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

You can get away with plot summaries and skimming if you don't feel like doing the full readings because most of the assignments are creative or based on interpretation and opinion as opposed to understanding the plot etc. He is an incredibly lenient grader. For the big assignments run your ideas by him first and you're almost guaranteed a high A.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Super cool teacher! Hella woke and lots of fun in class. Only reason I wouldn't give 5 stars is because she's one of the harder English teachers. As long as you actually try you'll be fine, but there's a lot of reading and projects.

    Course highlights:

The class, like any GT English has a lot of WOVEN. So there's not just papers, there's lots of other stuff too.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Definitely try to get to know the people you work with in group project, it makes the work a lot easier.
