    | Would highly recommend.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

If you are a Physics major, you should definitely take it, because it will prepare you for higher E&M courses much better than the usual Intro Physics II. However, the class is very difficult. Make sure you make time to work on the homeworks as a group with other classmates, as working through them alone is often nearly impossible. If you aren't a Physics major, don't bother with this course.

    Course highlights:

Highlights involved fast paced lectures that often taught more than the book did. The professor was also helpful in answering whatever questions you might have.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

WORK ON HOMEWORK AS A GROUP!!! This doesn't mean copy other people's work, it means that the problems are much more rewarding if you have multiple people working on multiple angles to solve the problem. Also, when I took the course, the first test was much, much harder than the rest of the tests, so don't give up after the first test.
