    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

The course is very easy as long as the student shows up to lecture and pays attention during class. Also, it is highly recommended to keep up with the reading so that you don't have to procrastinate really hard before the test. There is a lot of content but it's all very easy.

    Course highlights:

I learned about the human body and the nutrients it needs to function properly. I learned about calories, food groups, healthy foods, and unhealthy foods. Sexually transmitted diseases and health disorders are explained in detail as well.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Study the powerpoints which Rosbruck provides in class. They are all posted on T-Square and a majority of the information on the test comes from it. That said, don't ignore the reading either and make sure you've at least read through everything once before going into a test.
