Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

It was interesting and engaging. The course was rigorous and centered around the textbook and I was surprised to find that I could apply so much of the information learned in class to daily life.

    Course highlights:

I enjoyed learning about neurochemicals that control feelings as well as about psychological disorders I did not formerly know existed. I also enjoyed studying learning techniques and how memory works.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Keep up with assigned nightly reading as the class is very textbook oriented and vocabulary oriented. Most vocabulary is included in tests and exams, as well as the AP exam at the end of the school year.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Not only can you knock out an AP credit but you will find psychology can be applied to daily life far more often than you would think. The class is engaging and rigorous and anyone can succeed in it.

    Course highlights:

I enjoyed learning about neurochemicals in the brain that cause feelings as well as psychological disorders that I was formerly unaware of.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Keep up on the assigned reading as most of the vocabulary words are taken directly from the text and are always included on tests and exams, as well as the AP exam at the end of the year.
