Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would absolutely recommend this course to students who are interested in psychology. This class was an exciting and fun way to learn about why humans behave the way we do and what exactly causes it. Mrs. Harmon also does a phenomenal job teaching it and making reading and learning a fun experience!

    Course highlights:

Highlights of this course, for me, were feeling so prepared for the AP exam while still enjoying the class. We did a lot of practice exams which helped me feel confident in my abilities. I learned a lot of things about human nature and why we behave and learn the way in which we do. I also learned a lot about the brain in an anatomical sense too which I did not know before.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

I would advise students taking this class in the future to actually put forth the effort when it comes to reading. The grades in that class accurately reflect how much reading you did and the textbook is honestly a fun one to read so you might as well do it! The authors make sure to relate the topics to current things going on in the world which makes it easy to follow and remember!

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I loved this class because it was interesting and I learned a lot. Unlike other AP classes, it was fun and more laid-back. I now want to study psychology in college.

    Course highlights:

This course was full of fun activities that related to the human mind, which really interested me. There were frequent vocabulary quizzes, which prepared me for the final and AP exam in advance.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Take advantage of the vocabulary quizzes. They are small but easy and boost your grade overall. Also, the tests are a bit difficult at first, but they get easier as time goes on because you know what to expect. Take advantage of the free workbook you receive. It really helps with studying.
