    | No strong feelings either way.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course to anyone talking a minor in Communication but not a major. How the class is structured and how the professor works may not be conducive for people who need a hands-on teacher with constant guidance.

    Course highlights:

The professor has a pretty remarkable history in communication and applies many of his insights to the course.he also brings in guest speakers to talk on different topics covered over the semester.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Class participation matters. Also take notes on things you might not think are important. His tests are heavily based on what is discussed in class and very rarely on the textbook.

I learned how to write various types of copy, broadcast, print, and radio. I also learned AP style and became a better writer as a result of his instruction.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Take good notes in class, do all of the readings, come to office hours and learn about being a journalist.
